Excellent Ubuntu laptop

Acquired this notebook for the missus and mounted Ubuntu 11.ten. Experienced to do some tweaking to get the suspend method to function correctly, but aside from that it performs straight out of the box. Haven’t attempted it with Windows seven but. The layout is basic but elegant, the overall performance is good for typical utilization, and the battery is not to bad either.If you are seeking for an Ubuntu friendly laptop that is low-cost and but powerfull, the Asus X54c is a very good option.
