Extremely dissatisfied

We ended up looking for a laptop that would allow us to Skype every single other. This laptop is really effectively specced for the price tag, but the sound high quality is appalling. We sent the very first 1 again simply because of a issue with a constant screeching noise, and sadly the substitution is just as undesirable and is going to be returned as unfit for purpose. I do question if we ended up just unlucky with a bad batch of parts, as there have been no genuine issues on the Dell web sites, but we will not settle for a substitution and will be purchasing a different device now.
